Installation of Granite plinths, stone cladding and window surrounds

​

100 Wigmore Street is a new office and retail development arranged over lower ground to fifth floors. The development also encompasses two high specification mews houses accessed from Dukes Mews. C&D Restoration were employed by Mansell's Construction Ltd.

Front Elevation works

Detail, manufacture and install granite plinth and Bath Stone cladding to ground floor front elevation which comprises of columns, bands, window and door surrounds as well as cornice detail.

Rear Elevation Works

Supply and install granite plinth and Bath Stone cladding to rear elevation which comprises of columns, bands and copings from ground to 4th floor. The 5th floor comprises of window surrounds and copings. The cladding was fixed using Ancon stainless steel restraints/angles and the project was completed on time and to budget.
